A few months after that first visit he came back. This time with a suitcase.
He knocked on our door looking for a job. We said yes. Best decision we ever made.
Today Adael runs Las Hamacas as Manager. But what no title can capture is what he actually does every day — he makes our guests feel at home, caring deeply about every meal, every moment of service. That guests leave the restaurant feeling truly cared for. That’s everything to him.
